1. General
1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the CelsiusCasino promotions page under each promotion descriptive text.
1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus from CelsiusCasino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.
1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of CelsiusCasino Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.
1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision taken by CelsiusCasino management is final. We reserve the right to request proof of your identity in order to take our final decision
1.5 CelciusCasino also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions and in case of any changes.
1.6 Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates.
1.7 In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English version and the other languages displayed on the CelciusCasino website, the English language version will always prevail.
1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. CelciusCasino reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and confiscate the funds of this account.
1.9 You have no right to play thru V.P.N. (Virtual Private Network), In case of violation of this rule, CelciusCasino reserves the right to block and/or immediately close the account and the user lose all winnings and balance.
1.10 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount and bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.
1.11 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to remove the bonus on the "offers" or "promotion" page before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus.
1.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 10$ or equivalent in another currency.
1.13 Unless otherwise stated, classic deposit/reload bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of fifty (x50) the bonus+ deposit amount before the funds can be withdrawn.
1.14 The allowed difference between players minimum and maximum bet while wagering a bonus or wins from Free spins is 50 (fifty ) times.
1.15 If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering requirements have been met, the bonus balance including any winnings derived from the bonus balance will be forfeited
1.16 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will be wagering a proportional value of his deposit and of the bonus.
1.17 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.
1.18 Once wagering has been completed, the bonus amount and any winnings earned using the bonus balance will become real money and will be transferred to the player’s main account balance (unless otherwise stated in the special promotions on the "offers" or "promotions" page).
1.19 With regards to reload bonuses, players are only eligible for them if they do not have a pending/withdrawal.
1.20 Bonuses offered by CelciusCasino are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored and in case of bonus abuse.This includes but is not limited to
- Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits in the course of gameplay (Ex: Free Spins meters or other game features unlocked following some gameplay) and coming back to the game following the zeroing-out of the wagering requirements to trigger or unlock the feature and collect the accumulated benefits or related winnings.
- Use the bonus to progress through the bonus stages of any slots or games
- Buying bonus features.
- Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 18 or more spots on the table including betting twice on the same number (half bet / quarter bet).
- Opposite bets.
1.21 Bonuses may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion program unless specifically stated otherwise on the "Offers" or "promotions" page.
1.22 Bonus money will expire after 20 days of having been claimed if wagering requirements have not been met if not stated otherwise in the promotion.
CelsiusCasino reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. CelsiusCasino can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in any promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Celsiuscasino management.
1.21 All our players can be awarded with special compliment bonuses including a Rakeback. Those bonuses are given as free spins and/or bonus money depending of their bets history.
1.22 Until bonus winnings are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance.
1.23 CelsiusCasino reserves the right to ban a player from receiving the promotions at any time.

Below are the eligible games for bonus wagering contribution and their contribution:
1.25 Please also note that a player can bet a maximum of €/$5.00, 1.00 mBTC or equivalent value in any cryptocurrency 10% of their current available balance (whichever is lower) on a given round or spin when using bonuses or winnings generated from bonuses (but the 10% rule does not apply to bet sizes under €/$0.50, 0.10 mBTC or equivalent value in any cryptocurrency). Betting a larger proportion of one’s balance on a single round or game can lead to the voiding of this particular bonus and winnings and voiding of subsequent bonuses and winnings. Repeated abuse can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances.
2. Bonus play-through requirements
2.1 Since bonuses are essentially free money on your account, certain rules are imposed to avoid instant or near instant withdrawals. These rules are called “play-through”, “wagering requirement” or “rollover”, depending on the casino. The number accompanying these terms informs you how much money a player needs to place in bets before he/she can successfully cash out the winnings made by playing with the bonus.
2.2 Different games or game types contribute differently towards the play-through requirements, depending on the promotion. 2.3. Playing a slot or any games to progress through the bonus stages of any slots or games is forbidden
2.4 Bonus promotion requires e-mail verification by either clicking on a link in the promotional e-mail or sending an e-mail to support. Player can unsubscribe from the promotional newsletter at any time.
2.5 Until received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.
2.6 Winnings made with a help of a bonus, are submitted to a Bonus T&C.
2.7 All winnings up to 10,000 EUR (or equivalent in other currency), CelsiusCasino reserve the right to split the withdrawal on weekly payments of maximum 2500,00€/$. All winnings above 10,001 EUR (or equivalent in other currency and cryptocurrencies), CelsiusCasino reserve the right to split the withdrawal on monthly payments of maximum 10000,00€/$.
2.8 Jackpot slots/ games are not eligible to be played with bonus money. Playing such games with bonus money, can lead to voiding the particular bonus and any winnings gained.
3. No Deposit Bonus / Free Spins
3.1 Free Spins can be played only on the slots mentionned on the "Offers" or "Promotions" page
3.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise, the rakeback bonus money rewarded to the player on a daily / weekly or monthly basis comes with (20) times maximum allowed withdrawal.
3.3. The maximum withdrawal of winnings generated by playing with bonus and/or free spins credited at Celsiuscasino without any deposit requirement is 100 €/$ or equivalent in other currencies.

4. Bug in the system
4.1. The exploitation of errors, programming bugs or editorial errors used to the Players own advantage is prohibited and referred to as “bug-using”. Each Player is expected to notify the support operator immediately or a site administrator accordingly, as soon as a bug is discovered. Players using bugs to their own advantage shall have their player account blocked or banned with the balance. The same rules apply to Players who fail to report bugs or irregularities.
4.2 The site administrators or support staff at their sole discretion witll determine if whether a player has taken advantage of a situation or tried to benefit from an error (from the site itself or from the support staff) or programming bug.
5 Breach of terms and conditions
5.1. If, at the Company's sole determination, the Player is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the company in any way including but not limited to:
- Game manipulation, unethical play, use of strategies aimed at producing unfaithful winnings, for example: progressive or negative betting systems like martingale; Paroli Betting System, The Reverse Labouchere, etc…
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Making untrue and/or malicious comments with regards to the Company's operation in any media or forum.
Or, if the Company has solid grounds to believe or suspect the Player of fraudulent or crafty activities, including but not limited to:
- The use of stolen sources of funds.
- The filing of friendly chargeback.
- Attempt of money laundering.
The Company reserves the right to apply any of the below actions:
a) Void full or partial winnings.
b) Apply security restrictions on the account.
c) Terminate the account.
d) Forfeit any account balance.
e) Circulate this information to the relevant authorities and/or its network of service provider
5.2. In the interest of data protection, security and avoidance of fraud, the Company does not permit the use of any communication channels included within the Services and/or the Platform to offer or promote any offers, products or services (whether the Player’s or a third party's). The Player is expressly prohibited from posting information or contacting our customers to offer or promote any offers, products or services.
